The Sámi flag, adopted in 1986, features a red and blue circle symbolizing the sun and moon, respectively, reflecting the Sámi people's heritage as "children of the sun." Designed by Astrid Båhl, the flag was officially recognized in Norway in 2003, with municipalities required to fly it on Sámi National Day, February 6.

The premium-quality flag fabric and the metal eyelets ensure durability of this Lapland flag. If required, the flag can be washed at 60 degrees Celsius.
